My day-my time

hey guys,today was a really extrem exertive day,I stand six extremly long hours in the boiling sun and shout,shout my voice out of my neck!!Because today was in Münster the triathlon.But I "Just Ina" was always on my side,so it was not so boring.
After this I jumpt with K. and S. in "Kanal".Thats always nice,in my holidays it's the perfect place to hang up,the water isn't sooo cold,the persons are nice and sometimes the ice-man comes!
Perhaps my mum and I go to Ikea tomorrow,oh,oh,oh,I'm glad !!
